Educated at Trinity Theological College, Morrison became a deacon of the church in 1877 and was ordained a priest the following year. In addition to many articles and essays, Morrison's works include Jews Under Roman Rule (1890), Crime, etc (1891) and Juvenile Offenders (1897).
